Your Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive communication strategies to promote Amazon’s initiatives, products, and corporate values.
- Craft high-quality content, including press releases, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media representatives, industry partners, and community leaders.
- Oversee the organization of internal and external events, including press conferences, community outreach programs, and corporate announcements.
- Monitor communication trends to identify opportunities for engagement and enhancement of Amazon’s brand strategy.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance communication skills within the organization.
- Collaborate with the crisis management team to develop and implement effective communications plans during emergencies.
Qualifications
To succeed in this dynamic role, we seek candidates with a strong background in communications and proven experience in developing strategic communication plans. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications jobs, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong familiarity with digital communication channels and strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and analytics software to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Highly resourceful and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse audiences.
